Fascinated by Asia from a very young age, I have traveled across India, Nepal, and Thailand. This love for the continent—where my children have some of their roots—shapes my perspective every day.

A social worker by profession, I infuse my photography with my passion for humanity and nature. The act of photographing goes beyond a mere quest for aesthetics; it becomes a stance of presence—a tribute to the beauty and strength of the living world.

My practice is a quest to transcend limits while remaining grounded in the here and now. It aims to capture the elusive and reveal the unseen.

To achieve this, I combine the responsiveness and immediacy of digital photography with the depth of film. This dialogue compels me to slow down—a necessary pace. Cultivating this slowness frees my creativity. Where time stands still, the story begins.
